No-Bake Cinnamon Pie (with Selena Gomez Oreo crust)
Easy, no-bake cinnamon cream pie in a cookie crust made from Selena Gomez’s signature cinnamon creme Oreos.

This simple, no-bake Cinnamon Pie is full of cinnamon spice! A creamy cinnamon cheesecake filling in a decadent and cinnamon-y cookie crust made from Selena Gomez’s signature cinnamon creme Oreos. A dreamy and delicious combination.
What you need to make cinnamon pie
- Oreo cookies: 20 Selena Gomez chocolate and cinnamon creme Oreo cookies (1 box), crushed. You could also use regular Oreos, but the cinnamon creme filling is to die for in this crust. For a regular Oreo cookie crust, use 26 Oreos and 6 tablespoons of butter.
- Butter: Melted, for making the Oreo cookie base.
- Vanilla pudding mix: 1 box of Jell-O vanilla instant pudding mix.
- Milk: Whole milk, for making the pudding. Anything lower (like 2%, 1%, or skim) and the pudding becomes too thin.
- Cinnamon: Ground cinnamon adds cinnamon spice to the filling.
- Cream cheese: 1 block of cream cheese, softened. To soften, set the block out on the counter for a few hours.
- Confectioner’s sugar: Adds stability to the filling.
- Cool Whip: Thawed in the refrigerator, if frozen.

How to make no-bake cinnamon pie
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor or blender, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse to combine. Transfer the crumb mixture to an 8-inch pie dish. Using a glass with a flat base, press the crumbs into the bottom and sides of the dish to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely before filling.

Using electric beaters or a stand mixer, beat together the milk, pudding mix, and cinnamon on low speed for 2 minutes, until it begins to thicken slightly. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar together on medium-high speed until smooth and combined. Add the pudding to the whipped cream cheese and beat together until smooth. Using a spatula, fold in the Cool Whip until combined.

Spread the filling over the cooled Oreo cookie base. Chill in the refrigerator overnight (up to 3 days), or until ready to serve.

Baker’s Disclaimer: The filling is on the softer side and the crust (like all cookie crusts) can crumble. I had the best results (i.e. cutting experience and slice perfection) about 36 hours after setting the pie in the fridge to chill. If you’re short on time, grab 4-6 dessert cups and layer a little crumbled cookie crust into the bottom of each cup, evenly distribute the pie filling between the glasses, then top with an extra sprinkling of cookie crust. Either way it’s a great use for a box of Selena’s signature Oreo cookies!
