Easy, low-carb No Bean Beef Chili has all the flavour of traditional chili without the beans and excess carbs. Loaded with ground beef, peppers, onions, and spices, it's thick, meaty, and full of comfort.
In a dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and drain off the fat.
Into the dutch oven, drizzle a tablespoon olive oil. Add diced onion and peppers. Cook until softened.
Add the ground beef back to the pan. Sprinkle the seasonings over top and stir until well incorporated. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, broth, and worcestershire.
Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Serve topped with shredded cheddar, sour cream, green onion, cilantro, and sliced jalapeno.
